In 1973, Thelen Advertising originated as TetraSonics, a recording studio intending to produce commercial audio (e.g., radio jingles), polka albums and demo tapes for rock bands playing at the Press Bar. One day in 1976, a happy audio customer surprised us by asking for a newspaper ad and a billboard design to go along with their jingle. Long story short: Three sentences later, Thelen Advertising was born.
